Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will become part of a motivated and open-minded team that takes pride in a collaborative and flexible work mode which is based on trust and support.
Your responsibilities
- Organise and maintain the office of two members of the Board of Management (CFO and CRO)
- Plan and monitor diary, meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence
- Organise client meetings, workshops and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare presentations, agendas, minutes and other documents
- Monitor and follow up action items for the CFO and CRO and their direct reports
- Research special topics and assist with project work
Your profile
- Office diploma or similar
- At least 5 years’ of work experience as Executive Assistant or in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of all main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills and sense of ownership
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, dynamic and flexible personality
- Valuing and promoting an inclusive working and learning environment
- Fluent English and German
