Our Loss Prevention team is dedicated to identifying and mitigating risks, and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team.


Job Summary: Overall goal would be to provide support for both Resource Analyst and Fines and Fees groups and perform critical tasks that can help both groups attain their goals. The intern could apply an additional layer of responsiveness and research for critical tasks that are crucial to both departments’ success.


Responsibilities:
Hands on experience with: 

  • 8x8 uploads and maintenance – managing call queues and leveraging daily goals against daily available resources
  • Data reconciliation document preparation for fine jurisdictions, including preparing reconciliation lists of Location Qualifications
  • Data management within WMS (contact info, fixing certificate due dates)
  • Linking locations within WMS and general PeopleSoft service order data maintenance to optimize work for success
  • Proactive reconciliation of fine state locations to prevent penalties
  • Fines and Fees research – determining details of customer claims
  • Outreach for cases – clarifying details needed for processing customer requests
  • Research for fine jurisdiction initiatives – pulling and resolving contact info
  • Case creation for fine jurisdiction initiatives – necessary and urgent reschedules
  • General assistance to both the RA group and Fines and Fees Group
