Description: 

While the Operations Team Lead does not have direct reports, this position plays an important role in directing the work of teammates and being highly proficient in core operations of assigned team.  Works closely with the Production Ops Management team. Acts as training mentor for their assigned team.  Creates and/or improves workflows and disseminates information to team members.  Offers guidance and assistance on all issues.  Conducts audits, team meetings to discuss workflows.  Serves as back-up for other TLs, Supervisor of assigned team.

 

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience working in a customer driven/service industry
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in assigned functional area
  • Demonstrated abilitiy to direct work and lead people

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Leadership skills
  • Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Time management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Prioritization skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to work well in rapidly changing environment
