As a valued intern within our team you will have the opportunity for frequent interaction across multiple functions of the organization and gain real life experience and perform meaningful work that will prepare you for the right start to your career! 

 

As an Intake Admin Intern you will be responsible for the completion of Policy Attach activities, in support of Claims Department.

 

Responsibilities

  • Attaching the policy form/treaty to claims
  • Disseminating of claim documents in Claims Documentation box for resolution
  • Achieving service level, production and quality requirements
  • Provide continued support to HSB’s external and internal customers
  • Works in a team environment to achieve goals established for Valley Forge Operations

Requirements

 

  • Completed at least Sophomore year
  • Analytical thinking 
  • Teamwork and Collaboration 
  • Good Communication skills (both written and verbal) 
  • Organizational skills 
  • Customer focused
