We’re looking for our next Senior Administrative Assistant. Could It Be You?
This role provides exceptional administrative and analytical support to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Actuarial and Risk Management; and the Head of Finance & CFO (and their senior staff as required) including confidential document preparation, information monitoring and office administration, and direct support for actuarial processes and analysis.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Support the Corporate Actuarial and Risk and Finance department by managing data accuracy, creating actuarial reports, and assisting with relevant analysis to ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepare and/or edit documents including correspondence, file management and quarterly reporting
• Internal and external communication with respect to routine enquiries
• Format and proofread documents and reports for distribution and circulation
• Scheduling and calendar management, coordinating appointments and ensuring any necessary materials, meeting rooms and catering are available
• Ensure correct and accurate data entry and file management
• Create advanced PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
• Travel arrangements including flights, hotels and co-ordination with local or international counterparts
• Organize and/or support schedules / agenda for trips to Munich or other offices or visitors from Munich or other offices
• Prepare and manage expense reports
• Professional approach and enthusiasm
• Time and process management to support most effective prioritization while minimizing distractions
• Collaborate with actuarial teams to support reporting, analysis, and data accuracy for insurance and reinsurance processes.
• Proficiency in data entry, Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with systems such as SAP is required to effectively support actuarial and operational efficiency.

You are an up-to-date professional, actively interested in AI trends, and adaptable to changing deadlines and requirements. Your ability to analyze situations and embrace evolving processes ensures you are always prepared to contribute effectively.
In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:
• College / University certificate or degree is required
• Minimum 5+ years of office administration experience
• Minimum 5 years of business experience working for a member of Senior Management
• Experience in insurance, reinsurance, accounting or actuarial fields is strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and computer skills with advanced Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), familiarity with Power BI, and experience with systems such as SAP and ideally Coupa.
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment
• French or German language skills an asset
