Job Summary
As part of the Global Learning Operations team, the Learning Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting corporate, local and business learning teams by handling administrative learning tasks, providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive learning experience, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Reporting to the Head of HR Services Germany & Global Learning Operations (based in Munich), and locally to the Regional Head of HR, APAC MEA, you will be responsible for the following:
Your Job
- Maintain and update the global Learning Management System (LMS) with course information and participant and trainer information
- Serve as the primary point of contact for participants and stakeholders regarding training-related inquiries
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication regarding training programs
- Maintain accurate records of participant enrollments, completions, and certifications
- Track and report on training participation and completion rates
- Provide participants and trainers with necessary information and materials before and after training sessions
- Provide administrative support for eLearning, including troubleshooting learner access issues and assisting in the deployment of digital learning content
- Generate reports on training metrics and outcomes for management review and operational excellence
- Ensure that training administration comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support projects and continuous process and system improvement initiatives
Your Profile
- Proven experience in learning administration, training coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Service Management tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to navigate in a global matrix organization with virtual teams
- Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
