YOUR JOB
- Analyze companywide leadership offerings and harmonize them globally. Implement global leadership framework in alignment with our future Munich Re strategy.
- Conceptualize and define a leadership career path with various stakeholders for career orientation.
- Design and create offerings for identified talents interested in the leadership career path but not yet in leadership positions for role change preparation purposes.
- Design a leadership program for first time leaders and ensure the global implementation together with Talent Development & Learning experts in the regions.
- Support the internal leadership feedback process for continuous conversation with communication and enabling measures.
- Ensure the availability of diagnostic measurements like personality tests and 360 degree feedback to identify and develop talents and to implement these measures into trainings, programs and coachings for their further development.
- Design and develop a global framework for coaching offerings for different target groups. Identify the needed technology, implement a modern coaching platform, design a coaching framework and process with external vendors.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives, gathering feedback from participants and key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to optimize learning outcomes.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in leadership development, regularly conducting research to stay current with innovative approaches and technologies.
- Collaborate closely with the other global and regional learning experts regarding academy offerings and marketing, digital learning offerings, skills approach or expert career paths.
- Furthermore, support other important strategic talent and leadership projects closely linked to our Munich Re and overall HR Strategy and collaborate with other experts, stakeholders and our management.
YOUR PROFILE
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, organizational development, education, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred; a coaching certification is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in leadership development, preferably in a global or multinational context.
- Strong conceptual, analytical and strategical skills.
- Ability to understand and simplify complexity and operationalize ideas with lean processes in a smart way.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and new techniques.
- Experience in using digital platforms (LMS, LXP) and other tools to design, deliver and analyze engaging and effective learning solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across cultures and geographies.
- A proactive, creative, innovative, and collaborative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and excellence.
