An opportunity exists for a high-performing Executive Assistant to join our Executive Assistant Pool within the Non-Life Division. Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with members of the Executive Assistant pool to provide comprehensive administrative support for day-to-day operations
  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements (including visa applications and renewals)
  • Support executives by reviewing and prioritising correspondence, drafting communications, and preparing documents
  • Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones and prioritise competing demands effectively
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination
  • Plan and organise onsite and offsite meetings and events for clients, employees, and stakeholders, including managing programmes, venues, invitations, budgets, and catering logistics

 

Your Profile

  • At least 8 years of relevant Executive Assistant experience in a large MNC, supporting multiple senior leaders
  • Professional, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work, with a high level of diligence and integrity
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset; resourceful and able to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong reporting and presentation capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively resolve administrative challenges for senior leaders
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and proficiency in creating and managing SharePoint sites
  • Experience with, or openness to leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or similar) to improve productivity, streamline administrative tasks, and enhance ways of working
