The Real Estate & Services (RES) team is responsible for managing Munich Re’s corporate real estate portfolio and related services. 

You will gain hands-on experience in workflow automation and business intelligence, work on real-world projects that drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making, and collaborate across departments to present insights that drive meaningful business outcomes.

We are seeking interns available for a commitment from July to December 2026 only – please apply only if you can commit to this period. 


Your Role

  • Design, build and maintain workflows using Power Automate and Power BI to streamline routine business processes, reports for management and operational use
  • Collaborate with teams to understand workflow requirements, translating them into efficient digital solution
  • Design, develop, building and maintain Sharepoint site for various stakeholders
  • Document automation processes, dashboards, and data sources clearly in Sharepoint sites for future reference
  • Support ad-hoc projects and process improvements as assigned

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Digital Communications, Real Estate or related fields
  • Strong knowledge and relevant experience in Sharepoint, Excel (ability to perform advanced functions) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Automate and Power BI)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
