You will be joining as part of the Central Life Reserving team, having the opportunity to work with other business units in the Asia region. Main responsibilities providing support for Solvency II and IFRS17 reporting by enhancing and automating the tools and processes used in the valuation workflow.

We are seeking interns available for a full-time commitment from May to December 2026 only – please apply only if you can commit to this period.

Your Role

  • Develop and enhance tools used in the actuarial valuation process to improve efficiency, accuracy, and automation within the workflow.
  • Collaborate with the Central Life Reserving team to test and validate tools, ensuring reliability and alignment with reporting requirements.
  • Support Solvency II and IFRS 17 reporting by improving and streamlining existing processes and tools used in the valuation cycle.
  • Prepare clear documentation for tools developed and enhancements implemented to ensure transparency and ease of future maintenance.

Your Profile

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Actuarial Science, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics) or a related field. 
  • Ability to code in Python will be advantageous. 
  • Good Excel skills and other programming skills (e.g. VBA, R, Python, SQL, etc.) are desired. 
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
