HSB China Country Manager
Manage the Service Delivery Organization (SDO) in accordance and compliance with the Code Services Manual (CSM), and HSB corporate policies and procedures
- SDO typically consists of Service Delivery Manager (SDM), Supervisors, and Inspectors (AI, AIS, ANI, ANIS, etc.)
- Responsible for the non-ASME business
- Works with the non-ASME staff (ICSS / Account Manager) to deliver non-ASME services
- Participates in the definition and launch of non-ASME programs - Efficient knowledgeable of non-ASME programs, services, and requirements
- Typical tasks include but not limited to:
- As defined in the CSM
- Staff resources planning : Monitor and update staffing plans per billability targets and customer needs
- Customer management : Contract accuracy, Needs and expectations, Quality of SDO services
- Manage training and engagement of SDO : Endorsement, Skills, Quality, Safety, CSM, Corporate policies and practices
- Proficient in CSM knowledge
- Proficient in ESIS Skills and other applications as required
- Proficient in corporate policies and procedures
- Reviews, manages, and approves T&E for SDO
- Responsible for the timely reporting and quality of data / information as defined by the Asia BUL or Home Office
- QQR metrics, Monthly/Weekly reports to Asia BUL/VP, ESIS management, Etc.
- Monitors, assesses, and reports on region / industry activities, changes, needs / competitor activities
- Ensures the accuracy, quality, and timely responses and service delivery by the SDO
- Evaluate performance of staffs in SDO
