What You’ll Do

  • Own property claims from first notice of loss through resolution
  • Conduct on-site inspections throughout the Southern New Jersey area to assess damage and determine coverage
  • Develop estimates using Symbility
  • Guide policyholders through the claims process with clear communication
  • Partner with agents and internal teams to deliver strong outcomes
  • Participation in catastrophe duty as needed. CAT duty can be throughout the United States and can last up to 4 weeks.

 

What You Bring

  • At least one year of property claims handling experience
  • Strong estimating skills (Xactimate or Symbility)
  • Experience with property inspections and damage assessment
  • Knowledge of dwelling/mobile home construction
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work in the field, including climbing ladders (40+ lbs)
  • Applicants requiring employer sponsorship of a visa will not be considered for this position.

 

Location & Travel

Candidates must be located in or near Princeton, Tom’s River, or May’s Landing, New Jersey area and must have flexibility to complete CAT deployment as needed.
