Duties: Design, develop, and configure Archer solutions based on stakeholder requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Build Advanced workflows in Archer to streamline the business process flows for different business use cases. Configure data feeds to feed data into Archer or feed data from Archer to External systems by using Archer to Archer feeds/ FTP servers. Develop complex calculated fields to generate dynamic outputs, enhancing data analysis and decision-making capabilities. Optimized Data-Driven Events (DDEs) in Archer by reducing the number of events, streamlining workflows, and minimizing backend calculation effort. Present demos to business stakeholders, showcasing key features implemented in each sprint and gathering feedback to refine the solution. Created a data model diagram to represent use case data structures within the GRC platform, utilizing the Enterprise Architect tool for clear visualization and analysis. Manage the deployment process for features, ensuring that they are successfully deployed into QA, UAT, and production environments. Prepare and document pre-release tasks, obtaining approval for developed features and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed in Azure DevOps, reviewed, and approved by GRC Platform owner ahead of deployment. Create detailed Change Requests (CRs) for production deployments in ServiceNow and actively participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to ensure changes are approved before deployment. Organize meetings with the technical team to coordinate packaging and deployment activities and ensure minimal system disruptions for production release.

Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field plus 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Quality Engineer, Software Developer, Application Developer or closely related position. Candidate’s prior work experience must include: GRC Platform knowledge including understanding of regulatory requirements; At least 2 years of experience with Archer; and knowledge of advanced workflows, Data Driven Events and Data Model Diagrams in Archer. Telecommuting permitted.
