YOUR JOB

  • Providing high-level administrative and organizational support to executives and teams
  • Coordinating business trips and preparing related documentation
  • Organizing meetings, events, and internal workshops – often across departments or borders
  • Supporting internal communications and maintaining intranet content
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders – in both English and German
  • Managing calendars, preparing documents, and contributing to an efficient working environment

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Several years of experience in team assistance, office management, or comparable administrative roles
  • A high level of integrity, reliability, and discretion
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Service-oriented, collaborative attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, independent, and structured way of working
  • Passion for organizing, coordinating, and supporting teams
