Title: Group HR Consultant - HR Strategy (m/f/d)*

Group HR has been recently established as a division within the Munich Re Group responsible for driving the strategic group-wide HR Agenda. Group HR will generate strategic impulses for HR work on Group level as well as for each of our business fields. It facilitates Strategy Committee (StratC) decisions on groupwide HR priorities and orchestrates business fields activities along those priorities. By providing data-based HR intelligence, Group HR will facilitate informed discussions and enable data-driven decision making.
We are looking for a Group HR Consultant with an HR strategy and HR Expert background to help drive the strategic group-wide HR Agenda and to actively support the group-wide HR Priorities with profound HR-expertise and excellent conceptual and strategic capabilities.
Your Job
- Contribute towards driving the strategic group-wide HR Agenda
- Develop comprehensive HR concepts and frameworks that incorporate business strategy
- Experience in strategic and conceptual HR project work
- Manage group-wide top executive HR processes and executive development offerings
- Make use of strategic HR KPIs to drive informed decision-making and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
- Well-versed in professional program management for strategic HR Group Priorities of the Group
- Facilitate workshops on strategic HR topics
- Prepare informed StratC and HR Executive Committee discussion
- Contribute to a success-oriented and collaborative environment within the group-wide HR community
Your Profile
- Several years of professional HR experience, with a focus on HR strategy
- Experience in program management and HR strategy in large and complex organizations
- Good understanding of business strategy and HR topics and trends
- Skilled in using HR technology and data to support decision-making for management
- Experience in facilitation of workshops for senior management
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team and group-wide network
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Very good English skills; German language skills are a bonus
