The Assistant to the Board Member Life Health is a key position in our company. We are looking for a dedicated and competent individual to support the Board Member in their daily work and ensure smooth operations. In this role, you will act as a central interface, bringing your organizational skills, communication abilities, and sense of priorities to the forefront.
Your job
- Comprehensive organization of the executive office, including:
- Independent management of correspondence (emails, mail, phone calls)
- Calendar and schedule management, including prioritization and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Organization and coordination of meetings, events, and business trips
- Preparation of presentations, reports, and minutes
- Acting as an interface with internal departments, external partners, and service providers
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
Your profile
- Experience as an executive assistant at the board or senior management level
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office and common digital tools
- High level of responsibility, discretion, and organizational talent
- Flexibility and ability to remain composed under pressure
- Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-driven work approach
- Positive demeanor and professional appearance
