Digital Product Support

 

We are currently looking for a Digital Product Support to work with us on a full-time basis in one of our regional UK office locations (Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Kent, Glasgow etc.), reporting into the Head of Underwriting Operations.

 

You will be supporting the digital product offerings within our business. Ensuring the seamless operation, user experience, and optimisation of our digital insurance products for both internal stakeholders and end customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, resolving product-related concerns, and assisting in the enhancement of digital product features, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide timely and efficient support for digital insurance products across multiple platforms
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to digital products, collaborating with the development team for complex problems.
  • Monitor digital product performance and user feedback to proactively identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Ensuring all data uploads are done on a daily basis across all products.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with digital products.
  • Supporting the Digital Underwriting Lead in delivering new products and applications
  • Liaise and escalate to specific line of business underwriting teams when Underwriter referral is required.
  • Develop a basic understanding of the Underwriting principles behind each of the digital products offered.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in digital underwriting.
  • Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.
  • Understand all appropriate lines of escalation and the responsibilities of the Product Conduct Risk Strategy Group (PCRSG), Underwriting & Claims Sub Committee (UCSC), ExCo and Board for Conduct Risk.

 

Knowledge and Skills 

 

  • Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and digital compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with insurance platforms and APIs
