Transformation Lead (m/f/d)*
München, BY, DE
Transformation & Organisation (TO) was established to support the Reinsurance & Specialty Group in delivering the transformation ambitions embedded in Ambition 2030. As a center of competence for transformation, TO works closely with the Global Functional Leaders (GFLs) to drive initiatives across areas such as process optimisation, organisational design and steering, IT harmonisation, shoring, and the adoption of new technologies. These efforts aim to reduce complexity, improve efficiency and strengthen organisational effectiveness.
As a Transformation Lead, you will work at the center of these efforts. The role reports directly to the Head of Transformation & Organisation and works closely with the TEC Transformation Enablement Center (TEC) team, leveraging expertise in organisational design, process excellence and shoring.

- Translate strategic objectives, business challenges and improvement opportunities into clearly defined transformation initiatives, including scope, objectives, delivery approach and targeted outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to functional leaders, developing approaches, building stakeholder alignment and supporting effective decision-making
- Contribute to the development and prioritisation of the broader transformation agenda, focusing on initiatives that create sustainable improvements across processes, technology landscapes and ways of working
- Lead transformation initiatives and projects from planning through implementation, orchestrating activities, resources and TEC specialist expertise across functions and disciplines
- Shape future-ready business capabilities by aligning operating model, process and technology transformation efforts, enabling scalable operations and AI adoption
