The Regional Middle Office Centre (RMOC) provides technical accounting and claims handling for all markets and clients of Munich Re Munich. The RMOC Munich is organized in 15 teams with a total headcount of 200. We are a global, diverse team of highly motivated experts, who value open communication and cross-functional collaboration.
To complement our team, we are looking for a Team Assistant to actively support the Head of RMOC and the team leads in planning, organising and executing their operations. The reporting line will be into one of the team leads. The position is based in Munich and is offered on a part-time basis (50%).
Your Job
You will actively support:
- Administration of initiatives, projects and special topics with their MS Office channels
- Recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, and internal HR administration
- Onboarding of external new joiners with regards to system rights, IT equipment
- Maintenance of power of attorney for business transactions
- Organization of trainings in presence and online formats, administration of compliance with Insurance Distribution Directive
- Support and maintenance of SharePoints for RMOC Munich
- Planning and organization of RMOC internal local and international meetings, workshops, events, conferences, townhalls and visits; including preparation of PowerPoint presentations
- Internal communication with use of modern presentation and communication media
- Procurement of services and goods via Munich Re system
- Planning and administration of travel schedules, bookings and expenses via the Munich Re booking system
- Assisting the Head of RMOC e.g. managing schedules
Your Profile
- Experience in team assistance and office administration
- Advanced with all common Office 365 applications, communication and administration systems
- Strong service orientation with a confident manner
- Organizational talent and self-starter, high level of commitment and initiative
- Independent and careful way of working
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English
