This position is a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months.

 

Your Job

  • Create, publish, and maintain job requisitions in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Support with preparing offer letters and contracts in collaboration with HR Services
  • Support the preselection process by screening applications against basic criteria and forwarding suitable candidates to the responsible recruiter or hiring manager
  • Assist with recruiting reporting, KPIs, and dashboards
  • Act as a point of contact for administrative topics across HR (HR Services, Payroll, Works Council, etc.)

 

Your Profile

  • First professional experience in HR administration, recruiting coordination, or assistant roles
  • Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
  • International experience through previous employment and/or academic studies, demonstrating cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Service-oriented mindset and reliable, detail-driven way of working
  • Confident in MS Office; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems is an advantage
  • Working collaboratively and effectively in international group dynamic, often virtual; proficient in agile ways of working
  • Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
  • Fluent in both German and English (minimum C1 level) in spoken and written communication
