The Corporate Talent Management function at Munich Re serves as a centre of excellence, driving the strategic design and continuous enhancement of our talent framework worldwide. This internship position sits within the Corporate Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team and plays a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent, thereby ensuring our global success.
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and proactive Student Intern (m/f/d) for a full-time, paid internship lasting at least six months. As part of the team, you will be involved in shaping global employer branding initiatives and will gain hands-on experience and insights across a broad range of talent acquisition topics.
Your Job
- Actively support global employer branding, social media and talent acquisition initiatives
- Develop engaging visual assets, storyboards, and posts for internal and external communication channels, driving impactful communication and change activities
- Collaborate with project leads to design, implement, and optimise global social media campaigns
- Maintain and update content on the global careers website using the content management system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with employer branding guidelines
- Help the team stay ahead of branding and social media trends through comprehensive research, and use these insights to refine strategies and enhance employer branding materials
- Collaborate with external agencies by providing direction and coordination in alignment with HR project leads
- Assist with planning, project management, and administrative tasks to support the success of global HR initiatives

Your Profile
- You are enrolled at a university and seeking a full-time (37 hours/week) internship for at least 6 months
- You have an academic focus in HR, economics, marketing, psychology, sociology, communications, or a related field. Ideally, you are nearing completion of your bachelor's degree or have already started your master's degree
- You are passionate about HR strategy, branding, and communication, complemented by knowledge of content strategy, communication trends, and analytics
- You have strong data visualization skills
- You are eager to learn, proactive and thrive in a team environment where sharing ideas and collaboration are valued
- You possess very good communication and writing skills in both English and German
Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit. Additionally, you should not have completed your first master´s degree before/during the internship.
