Senior Test Specialist (m/f/d)*

This role will be part of the Investment & Asset Management Tower for Group Technology (IT1.9), responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and maintenance of all investment and asset management systems, applications, and platforms. The Tower manages the seamless transition of new systems or projects to steady-state operations and takes ownership of key business relationships, providing accurate metrics on uptime, issues, and resolutions.We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Test Manager for core asset and investment management applications in the Alternative Assets area. The successful candidate will be responsible for design and execution of functional and non-functional tests. Your job
- Define test strategy, develop test plans, and formulate test cases based on the analysis of functional and non-functional requirements
- Define test conditions for given requirements
- Execute functional and non-functional tests, incl. analysis of results and the documentation of deviations/errors
- Design and implement test automation solutions based on defined frameworks
- Design and implement test data management solutions based on defined frameworks
- Manage test environments and test resources
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements
Your profile
- University degree, preferably in computer science or related fields
- Proven experience as a test specialist or related role
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of test management methods and best practices (corresponding certification such as ISTQB is beneficial)
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Good understanding of solution development life cycles
- Domain knowledge in financial services is a plus
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Familiarity with analytical and conceptual design of complex application operation landscapes and IT architectures
- Assertive, self-organized and proactive attitude
- Target-orientation and willingness to learn
- Excellent planning, organizational and negotiation skills
- Fluent in German and Business English
