This role will be part of the Infrastructure Operations Tower for Group Technology, which is responsible for delivering stable, cost-effective operational services for IT infrastructure and in-scope applications, including onsite IT and provider management. The Tower focuses on continuous optimisation, standardisation, and automation to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

We are establishing new standards in building IT technology and transforming our global sites into modern, connected workplaces – featuring high performance IT infrastructure, digitally integrated buildings and flexible working models.

To strengthen our global IT team, we are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst in the Campus Technology area, who will co lead international projects and actively contribute to shaping our digital location strategy.

Your Job

  • Analyze and optimize processes related to digital workplaces and intelligent building IT infrastructure
  • Gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements from Business, IT, Real Estate Services, and Workplace Transformation
  • Design and support the implementation of modern building IT technologies, including:
    • IoT platforms
    • Enterprise networks & security architectures
    • Smart meeting rooms (AV control, conferencing systems)
    • Workplace technologies & end user device integration
    • Cloud services
  • Contribute to defining requirement standards and quality objectives in close alignment with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate between relevant IT services, IT security, Real Estate Services, and external partners
  • Support pilot projects through to international rollouts
  • Assist with testing, acceptance, transition to operations, and user training

Your Profile

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Building Technology, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in international IT project management and requirements management, ideally within campus, facility, or smart building technology environments
  • Experience as a Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or System Engineer
  • Solid knowledge of network architectures, cloud and IoT technologies, communication systems, meeting room technologies, and IT infrastructure projects
  • Ability to present technical content clearly and comprehensibly to stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, a solution oriented mindset, and a high level of initiative
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
