This role will be part of IT Section Investment Services for Global Technology at Munich Re Group, which drives business solutions for clients.

The Project Manager in the Section Investment Services department supports the implementation of various projects for our clients and aligns the Munich Re IT strategy with business objectives through effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Your Job
- Manage projects within the Investment Services Section for
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
- Develop project plans focusing on financials, initiatives, and processes for execution
- Monitor project progress, including KPIs and milestones
- Manage relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Address issues within projects to ensure timely delivery and value creation
- Support the Corporate Strategy Units to align IT and business strategy
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong project management capability with 5+ years of professional experience in IT or related areas; familiarity with financial services is advantageous
- Ability to manage projects in international, regulated environments
- Experience in project planning, execution, and delivery in a technology environment
- Skilled in managing change and contributing to technology operating models
- Ability to manage project costs and budgets to agreed baselines
- Collaborative team player with effective communication skills
- Proficiency in English; willingness to travel as needed
