This role will be part of the Corporate Functions Tower for Group Technology, which oversees IT service delivery and manages key relationships across all corporate and central units, including Finance, HR, Legal & Compliance, Services/Facilities, and Procurement. The Tower also manages cross-functional domains such as document management, collaboration platforms, corporate websites, and Group-wide Identity Access Management (IAM), as well as selected central platforms and Regulatory/Integrated Risk Management (IRM) product delivery.

 

To strengthen our IT team working alongside the Group Taxation Department, we are looking for a proficient Product Manager for one of our group systems. The technologies that are mainly in use are ServiceNow, C#, SQL, and Cloud computing. The position will be located in Munich.

 

Your Job:

  • Taking responsibility for a stable and good performing productive system
  • Managing time, scope, budget for run- and transform activities
  • Assessing technical questions and solving them to some extent by yourself
  • Managing processes like change process, incident process, rollout processes
  • Taking responsibility that the product fulfills all security and compliance requirements
  • Working with agile methodologies
  • Ensuring regular and accurate communication to all relevant stakeholders
  • Cooperating successfully with the business department ‘Group Taxation’
  • Identifying  and managing risks proactively

 

Your Profile:

  • University degree, preferably in Information Technology or similar qualification
  • Good knowledge of the entire software development and product life cycle acquired in various positions (project management, requirements engineering, consulting, etc.)
  • Several years of experience  in ServiceNow, C#, SQL, cloud computing
  • Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills allied to the ability to present complex situations in a clear and understandable way
  • Collaborative working style in an international group creating a culture of accountability and sharing
  • High degree of commitment and the mindset to master the various tasks
  • Fluent spoken and written English and German
