Your Job

  • Language technology support: Provide expert support in all areas of language technology to internal teams and external partners – including user management, configuration, training, consulting, documentation, and troubleshooting
  • Process optimisation: Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of language-related workflows by developing new processes and refining existing ones
  • Technology integration: Evaluate, test and implement new or upgraded language tools (e.g. via APIs) within the existing technology landscape
  • AI integration: Identify use cases for AI in language workflows and support their seamless incorporation to enhance productivity and quality
  • Terminology management: Plan and manage multilingual terminology projects to ensure accuracy and consistency across all languages
  • Language data management: Maintain and enhance language databases, focusing on data cleansing, metadata enrichment and quality assurance
  • Quality assurance: Drive tech-supported quality control of language data and content, including pre- and post-processing tasks

Your Profile

  • University degree in Translation, Terminology or Computational Linguistics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years' experience in language technology, terminology and translation
  • Strong expertise in translation workflows, language data management and project coordination
  • Practical knowledge of TMS (ideally Trados), MT systems and terminology tools
  • High affinity for technology and experience with data-driven automation
  • Familiarity with scripting (e.g. parsers) and Python programming is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, accuracy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
