Global Sales & Distribution is responsible for implementing selected client services, such as the renowned "Advance" scholarship programme, our Client Seminar programme and our largest client and sales community conference "cDays".

The five-week Advance programme is aimed exclusively at executives of international insurance companies that are among Munich Re's key clients. The 2025 cDays conference will be hosted as an on-site conference for the sales management globally.

We cooperate with renowned universities as well as internal and external experts. We also seek to actively involve the international sales community in the planning process.

We are looking for full-time support for our young, international project team as of January 2025 for 5 to 6 months.

 

Your Job

  • Help with planning, implementing and post-processing the scholarship programme (on-site, virtual and hybrid) and with the cDays “Sales Leadership Edition” conference
  • Take on your own sub-projects (e.g. participant support, coordinating external service providers, maintaining the event website, feedback, documentation)
  • Conceptual and content-related preparation of presentations
  • Prepare various content for social networks using different media types (moving images, photo stories)
  • Use project management tools and Office 365
  • Help with administrative and general project management activities
  • Conduct independent research on innovative formats and methods as well as inspiring team building/social events and locations

 

Your Profile

  • You are enrolled in a course of study in economics, media and communication, event management or similar
  • You are creative, open, good at organizing and enjoy working in teams
    Familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus
  • Familiarity with virtual event formats/tools is a plus
  • You work independently and reliably and have good communication skills
  • You work confidently with Office 365
  • You have excellent written and spoken English-language skills

 

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
