We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Central Procurement (CP) team, which plays a vital role in managing the procurement of products and services across our organization. As a strategic partner to the business, CP is responsible for driving best-in-class procurement practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting sustainable and responsible sourcing. With a broad range of activities spanning strategic and operational procurement, contracting and compliance, vendor and risk management, procurement process management, sustainability, and category management, our team is committed to delivering value to the organization while upholding the highest standards of integrity and corporate responsibility. Your Job
- Support our Category Management team in tendering process (RFx)
- Preparation for and participation in e-auctions
- Evaluation of proposals
- Support in drafting contracts with suppliers and signature process
- Support in supplier onboarding
- Creating supplier catalogues
Your Profile
- Studies in Business Administration or a similar field
- You must be enrolled in an academic institution for the whole duration of your internship
- Full time position (5 days per week) for at least 6 month with option to extend further
- Fluent in business English, German would be considered an advantage
- Analytical and structured approach to tasks, high motivation, quick comprehension skills
- Result-oriented and self-reliant way of working
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
- Openness, creativity, a proactive mindset, and enthusiasm for working in an international team
- Very good MS Office skills
Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit. The first master's degree may not have been completed before/during the entire internship.
