We are the central Workforce Management and Tech Training team of Munich Re. Our team governs overall planning, guidance and global operations for the development of IT & Tech staff. Furthermore, we are responsible for design and delivery of tech trainings, qualifications, on- & off-boarding processes and management reporting.

Your Job

• Developing PowerBI reports, in particular, coordinating technical requirements, conduct data cleansing, implementing selected data models, algorithms and testing. 
• Conducting ad hoc data analytics on workforce operations and training activities.
• Supporting communication and presentation preparation, as well as coordination on workshops, documentation

Your Profile

• Student of Business Informatics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Economy and Management or equivalent, before or during a master degree study or equivalent
• Practical knowledge on PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint combining with some first experience in data analytics, internet research, IT or digital HR related projects.
• Self-organised, familiar with prioritising multiple tasks, and passionate about people and tech topics
• English on a high proficiency level

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
