Our Global People Strategy & Transformation team focuses on implementing projects at the intersection of HR and technology. Working with technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, we contribute to the digitalization of our global HR processes and systems.
As part of our team, the intern will support in maintaining the team’s project management portfolio documentation, establishing project management practices and supporting project managers.

Your role
- Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation to ensure our team’s projects are delivered successfully
- Assist in maintaining project templates and tools to drive efficiency and consistency across the Project Manager community
- Prepare project status reports to ensure key stakeholders are always kept up-to-date
- Coordinate international team meetings and maintain meeting notes
- Contribute to enablement and training initiatives as well as knowledge management practices
Your profile
- You are currently studying a degree in business management, economics or information technology or a similar field and are enrolled as a student for the full duration of the internship
- You have previous experience with HR technologies (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) or Project Management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Asana)
- You are highly motivated, are able to independently organize your work and are willing to collaborate as part of a global team
- You can communicate confidently in both English and German, and have an open and proactive communicative style
Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence/work permit. The first master's degree may not have been completed before/during the entire internship.
