The main task of Financial and Regulatory Reporting (FRR) is to prepare the consolidated financial statements as at the quarterly and year-end reporting dates for IFRS Actual. Moreover, FRR also processes and generates group data for Forecast & Plan on behalf of CFP. Within this area the One-GT Program is a strategic cornerstone for the Munich Re Finance transformation. It delivers harmonization, efficiency, compliance, and a modern SAP S/4HANA platform, positioning the Group for long term operational and regulatory readiness. The One-GT system will be co-developed between MR and ERGO. The roll-in (including data migration) of various entities will be organized in waves.
Your Job
- Planning & Coordination: Assist in organizing and structuring ongoing project activities.
- Budget Planning & Cost Management: Support budget planning, commissioning, and cost monitoring in coordination with FRR, ERGO Business, MR IT, and ERGO IT.
- Project Governance: Assist in establishing and enforcing project management standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Project Monitoring: Help track project progress, identify potential issues, and support the development of corrective measures.
- Resource Management: Contribute to managing and documenting cross project resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Support communication with project stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and internal team members, ensuring alignment with their needs.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
- Process Improvement: Participate in the continuous evaluation and enhancement of PMO processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in project management, IT projects, or process optimization
- Analytical mindset, structured way of working, and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Proficiency in MS Tools (Power Automate, Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI or similar tools are a plus)
- Student should have an availability of 4 to 6 months
Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit. The first master's degree may not have been completed before/during the entire internship.
