Munich Re’s IT Risk and Security - Identity and Access Management team is responsible for the processes to manage Application Life Cycle, Identity Life Cycle, Segregation of Duties, Business Roles, Access Governance and Technical Controls in our global organization.

  • Role mining for business roles based on the functional task in each department in the organization
  • Use of business roles to cluster the birth rights and functional entitlements for each employees joining the organization
  • Enhancement of Movers and Leaver Process with the use of business roles

 

Key topics for “Application Life Cycle Management”

  • Process enhancement and optimization for the application on-boarding onto the MR IAM platform
  • Cleanup and management of the existing application on-boarded in the MR IAM platform
  • Process automation for Application on-boarding and off-boarding from the MR IAM platform


Your Profile

  • Basic knowledge in Power App, Power Automate and Power BI will be helpful
  • Microsoft Excel 365 and Excel VBA will be helpful
  • SQL (intermediate level)
  • SharePoint Online 365
  • Optionally, the knowledge of Python 3.12 and modules to create and to update Excel files (e.g. XLSXWriter, xlwings, openpyxl) will be helpful

 

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
