This role will be part of the Infrastructure Operations Tower for Group Technology (IT 1.8), which is responsible for delivering stable, cost-effective operational services for IT infrastructure and in-scope applications, including onsite IT and provider management. The Tower focuses on continuous optimisation, standardisation, and automation to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

 

As a Senior Program Manager I&O Transformation you will be responsible for driving the strategy and transformation initiatives of Global Infrastructure & Operations (I&O), including the financials and workforce management. Thereby, you focus on defining and implementing the I&O strategy, advancing the I&O Target Operating Model and the integration of advanced technologies to drive operational excellence.

 

Your job

  • Visionary Engagement: Collaborate with executive management to define and drive the overarching I&O strategic vision, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Global Service Portfolio Development: Drive initiatives to innovate and harmonize the global I&O service portfolio, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Technology Roadmap Alignment: Partner with senior business leaders and solution towers to develop and implement technology roadmaps that support and enhance the business's strategic direction.
  • Innovative Solutions Development: Steer cross-functional teams to architect solutions that are aligned with the business vision and technological advancements.
  • Transformation Portfolio Management: Oversee a comprehensive I&O transformation portfolio, focusing on delivery optimization, human resources, and innovation.
  • Strategic Financial Management: Lead the development and management of financial budgets, forecasts, and allocations for the global I&O budget, ensuring financial health and accountability.
  • Accurate Financial Reporting: Ensure the provision of precise and timely internal financial reporting to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Talent and Workforce Management: Strategically manage the I&O workforce, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, skills development, and operational efficiency to meet organizational objectives.

 

Your profile

  • University degree preferably in Computer engineering / IT, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences or similar qualification
  • Extensive experience in IT finance, infrastructure management, and transformation leadership, ideally within Financial Services or a regulated industry
  • Proven expertise in managing complex IT budgets and driving cost optimization strategies, with a proactive focus on financial governance and accountability
  • Deep understanding of IT disciplines, including financial software, data analytics, and emerging technologies
  • Demonstrated mastery of project management methodologies, with ability to tailor approaches for successful project delivery
  • Proven track record of leading transformative change initiatives and managing transitions to innovative systems and processes
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities, challenging conventional methods to drive improvement, and high problem-solving competence
  • Demonstrated ability to work globally across businesses and international cultures to deliver results
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including C-level
  • Ability to establish and maintain high-level relationships with senior management and key decision-makers
  • Commitment to applying rigorous quality standards to all deliverables
