Job Summary
As an HR Services Technician, you will be a key contributor to the delivery of high-quality HR operations, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Acting as a central point of contact for HR service requests, you will handle employee inquiries in a professional and solution-oriented manner while ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
In this role, you will maintain and manage employee data and HR-related documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, payroll, and managers, ensuring smooth collaboration across interfaces.
You will apply and support established HR processes, contribute to their continuous improvement, and help maintain clear and accessible documentation and knowledge management standards. Leveraging your experience with HR systems and service management tools, you will support data accuracy, system enhancements, and efficient service delivery.
Reporting to the ‘Head of HR Services Germany’, you will be responsible for the following:
Your Job
- Handling employee inquiries and HR service requests in a professional, service-oriented manner, ensuring timely resolution and a positive employee experience
- Maintaining and managing employee data and HR-related documentation, including accurate distribution and compliant filing
- Supporting team collaboration by sharing knowledge, contributing to consistent service execution, and assisting colleagues when needed
- Contributing to regular team meetings and update sessions, ensuring transparency on tasks, issues, and improvements
- Applying and supporting existing internal and cross-functional HR services processes, identifying opportunities for incremental improvements in efficiency and quality
- Supporting HR systems and tools through accurate data handling, testing, and feedback to improve functionality and user experience
- Acting as a contact point for defined HR Services topics, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution
- Documenting and maintaining HR processes, work instructions, and guidelines, ensuring up-to-date knowledge management and easy access for relevant target groups
- Contributing to projects and transformation initiatives by supporting assigned tasks and ensuring reliable execution of process-related activities
Your Profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; alternatively, relevant vocational training with HR focus
- Initial to solid experience (approx. 2–5 years) in HR Operations, HR Services, or Shared Services environments
- Experience with HR systems, and Service and Knowledge Management tools (in particular SuccessFactors and ServiceNow) and data management
- Good understanding of operational HR processes and service delivery models
- Experience in handling employee requests (e.g. ticketing tools, shared mailboxes) in a structured and service-oriented way
- Works effectively within teams and across interfaces (e.g. HRBPs, payroll, managers)
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling employee data
- Structured working style; organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong customer focus with the ability to ensure a positive employee experience
- Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), enabling effective communication in an international environment.
