We are seeking an experienced Consultant with deep expertise in General Insurance Pricing. The ideal candidate will have a solid international background, advanced technical skills and experience in Primary Insurance related Project Work.

Your Job
- Diagnose client performance needs and deliver tailored solutions through hypothesis testing.
- Advise primary insurers on pricing strategy, governance, product development, underwriting, and portfolio steering.
- Develop scalable consulting concepts and maintain a competitive service offering.
- Contribute to MR perspectives on emerging topics (e.g., AV, EV, Augmented UW).
- Prepare and analyse complex data sets for modelling and monitoring.
- Review and challenge pricing models, rates, and product definitions.
- Engage with senior client management; prepare business cases, RFPs, and pitches.
- Lead project workstreams and manage smaller client projects independently.
- Ensure superior client experience through high-quality execution.
- Track milestones and support timely project delivery.
- Foster strong internal and external relationships (CM, UW, Claims, and clients).
- Collaborate across diverse and global Deal Teams for seamless delivery.
Your Profile
- Tertiary education (BSc/BA, MSc, PhD), or fellowship in an internationally recognised Actuarial Association
- Minimum 5 years of experience in primary insurance in Pricing related functions
- Proficiency in statistical methods and machine learning, pricing technology (e.g. Earnix, WTW Radar/ Emblem, Akur8) and coding (R or Python)
- Portfolio performance management and technical reporting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach
- High degree of responsibility, ownership, and a self-starting attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders
- Fluency in business English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus
- Willingness to travel and work abroad in a dynamic, challenging environment
