Description: 

Group Investment Management (GIM) is responsible for managing the proprietary investment portfolio of Munich Re and ERGO, totaling approximately EUR 250 billion. Our section is responsible for the strategy and systems for Cash Management at Munich Re AG. The objective is to ensure smooth, secure, and standardized payment processing across the Group.

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated professional to support, coordinate, and drive the operational implementation of the international rollout of our group-wide payment system “CPF TRAX.”

Your Job

  • Provide functional coordination for onboarding international units to the Group-wide payment system CPF TRAX (integration of banks and bank accounts – from requirements gathering through go-live and the hypercare phase)
  • Manage and coordinate collaboration with international units, banks, and IT
  • Analyze and define requirements for bank connectivity, payment formats, and bank statement formats
  • Create change requests for the integration between SAP systems and the CPF TRAX payment platform
  • Plan, support, and execute testing activities for payment processes and files, ensuring stable and reliable payment operations
  • Analyze errors and deviations and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project, test, and process documentation and ensure a structured handover into operations
  • Support international units through training sessions and knowledge-sharing formats during and after the onboarding phase

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in areas such as cash management, payments, treasury, banking operations, or finance IT
  • Good understanding of domestic and international payment processes; knowledge of payment or bank statement formats is an advantage
  • Experience working with banks, IT, and business departments, with an interest in system-related topics
  • Practical experience with SAP is an advantage; experience with payment/treasury systems or eBanking platforms is a plus
  • Structured, diligent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills, confidence in an international environment, and a high level of team orientation
  • Very good command of spoken and written German and English
  • Willingness to undertake occasional international travel
