Senior Project Manager
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager, to be based in London or Manchester on a full-time basis, reporting into the Head of Section.

Responsibilities:
- Define and manage project scope, develop project charter and plan deliverables, times, cost and resources
- Manage, monitor and report progress against the project plan, ensuring consistent and transparent communications are provided to Management and Executive Leadership
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders and act as the key point of contact for the IAM Team
- Identify issues/risks, analyse options and manage impacts to mitigate project delays and take appropriate action to keep the project on track, leveraging support from key stakeholders and/or management as required
- Managing changes to the project scope, budget, and schedule
- Establishing effective project communication, stakeholder engagement and reporting to stakeholders
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, but also IT finding the right solutions and ensuring their end-to-end implementation
- Performing risk management to minimize potential risks and their negative impacts
- Guaranteeing the adherence to the project management standard of Munich Re
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- Multiple years of relevant work experience
- Experience in IT related project management, ideally in the IAM or IT Security domains
- Knowledge of IAM and related systems and technologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, structuring and facilitation skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills and ability to apply IT risk and security considerations
- Demonstrated ability to work globally across entities and cultures
