As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will be accountable for identifying, documenting, and managing explicit and implicit stakeholder requirements for complex initiatives, as well as handling change requests and contributing to solution component descriptions. You will select the most effective methods for representing business requirements and define expected functional test outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Establish regular governance routines (e.g. steering meetings, status reviews) to ensure alignment with business goals and transparent decision making.
- IT Risk Management, Security & Issue Resolution: Coordinate IT risk management activities and collaborate on vulnerability and penetration testing remediation plans to safeguard the organization’s security posture. Proactively identify, log, track, and manage project/workstream risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely mitigation and resolution.
- Application Documentation & Compliance Evaluation: Assess current application documentation to identify gaps and areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory, architectural, and organizational standards.
- Process Improvement & Solution Design Support: Identify opportunities for enhancing IT and business operations, recommending and helping design solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer outcomes. Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives as structured workstreams or projects.
Knowledge and Skills
- 10+ years of experience in delivering IT and/or digital projects, preferably in Financial Services or another regulated industry, covering the full project lifecycle (initiation to handover to operations).
