In the Core Skills Academy, you are part of a globally connected team shaping learning experiences for employees worldwide. In this role, you work closely with the Core Skills Academy Lead to evolve and maintain a diverse and exciting portfolio, ranging from personal development and modern ways of working to compliance training, foundational business skills, IT user skills and language learning. In close collaboration with subject matter experts and Global Learning Operations, you help ensure that new trainings are implemented smoothly and consistently across regions. In addition, you contribute to keeping the Core Skills Academy portfolio up to date and relevant to support the success of Munich Re.
Your Job
- Take responsibility for dedicated topic areas within the Core Skills Academy (e.g., Project Management and Innovation Training, Onboarding Training or Business Essentials) in alignment with the Core Skills Academy Lead as part of a broader portfolio that is continuously developed, coordinated and rolled out globally.
- Meaningfully contribute to the ongoing development of the Core Skills Academy portfolio by coordinating offerings and developing new training contents and formats in close collaboration with regional representatives and other internal stakeholders, trainers and partners.
- Work with subject matter experts to prepare and structure training information for global rollout, including selected elements of learning technology such as course descriptions, key metadata, trainer details and eLearning files.
- Manage the rollout of new training portfolios and eLearning offerings in close collaboration with Global Learning Operations, ensuring a smooth and consistent global implementation.
- Curate Online Learning Paths based on digital learning repositories, ensuring they are coherent, easy to navigate for learners and up to date.
- Analyze enrolment data, participant feedback and selected KPIs, summarize findings, and contribute insights to inform the continuous development of the Core Skills Academy portfolio.
- Coordinate portfolio‑relevant communication in line with our editorial plan, and turn updates and insights into engaging, learner‑focused messages for our global audience.
- Support the ongoing quality of the Core Skills Academy portfolio by conducting regular quality checks and coordinating updates with relevant stakeholders.
Your Profile
- University degree (e.g. HR, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or a comparable field).
- First relevant professional experience (typically 2–5 years) in corporate learning, HR development, talent development or related roles, ideally in a global or matrix organization and regulated corporate environment.
- Strong interest in corporate learning and modern learning ecosystems, with motivation to translate learning needs, requirements and portfolio decisions into concrete, learner‑focused learning offers.
- Ability to structure incomplete or ambiguous information, proactively clarify open points and prepare well‑structured, implementation‑ready inputs for global rollout and handover to learning administrators.
- Structured, reliable way of working with the ability to manage multiple topics, stakeholders, and timelines in parallel.
- Confidence in collaborating with stakeholders across regions, functions and external partners, with clear, empathetic and audience‑oriented communication skills.
- Interest in learning technology and digital learning formats including metadata logic, learning paths, SCORM, without acting as an LMS administrator. Experience with Success Factors Learning is a plus.
- High attention to detail, strong follow‑through and ownership of tasks, combined with comfort working with documentation and structured processes.
- Confidence in working with data and reports (e.g. enrolments, feedback, KPIs) and deriving insights to support continuous portfolio development.
- Ability to formulate clear, engaging and learner‑focused messages for a global learner audience, in line with an existing editorial framework.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with willingness to further develop expertise in learning design, tools and technologies and operational learning processes.
- Excellent command of English. Basic German and French is a plus but not required.
