- APAC/MEA (Location agnostic, but must be based within APAC/MEA region)
- EU/LA (Location agnostic, but must be based within EU/LA region)

Job Summary
The Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team is responsible for the development and implementation of the global DEI strategy in alignment with the Global HR strategy and Ambition 2025+, ensuring the integration of DEI principles across HR and business processes and practices, while fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
The DEI Regional Lead will report to the Global Head of DEI and work collaboratively with the DEI Leads for the other regions, the wider global DEI team and the wider regional and global HR teams.
Role Profile
- Contribute to the conceptualization and design of the global DEI strategy that aligns with the business and HR strategy, balancing global and local nuances and priorities.
- Implement and execute DEI initiatives and practices in a way that adheres to global principles but accommodates local/regional differences when needed.
- Leverage data, metrics and insights to assess DEI progress and support the business to focus on identified areas for improvement.
- Provide subject matter expertise and work in close collaboration with all teams across Global HR to embed DEI principles and practices in programs and initiatives that are designed/offered/implemented by the HR function and employee lifecycle, e.g. inclusive hiring practices, development, promotion and retention strategies, and fostering a diverse talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with SHRBPs, HRBPs and Employee Advisory to design and deliver strategic DEI solutions to leaders and their teams, including closely working with HR Analytics to bring data-informed analysis and insights.
- Collaborate intra- and cross-regionally, building strong, diverse relationships with DEI stakeholders and other partners up to senior level.
- Guide, coach and support leaders and managers in the region to adopt DEI principles and practices into their teams.
- Work in close collaboration with DEI implementation bodies in the business such as Councils, Steer Cos and Employee Resource Groups, to ensure they are aligned with, and in support of, the global DEI strategy.
- Identify and manage strategic external partnerships with key organisations and associations in the region that support the global DEI strategy.
- Shape, plan and execute internal and external communications for DEI events, programs and education initiatives in close partnership with local Com teams, including on DEI related Employer Branding activities.
- Manage and track regionally allocated DEI budget.
Your Profile
- Significant experience within HR, including demonstrable experience of working in a DEI focussed role, or, as part of a wider role with a dedicated DEI remit.
- Ability to develop and execute DEI strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals and best practices, including strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of local and global DEI-related regulations, benchmarks, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical skills to measure DEI progress and translate insights into actions.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leaders across a matrix business structure, and within HR.
- Demonstrable experience designing strategies that link to both business and people strategies with meaningful, measurable items.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to facilitate dialogue to move groups and teams forward.
- Ability to work through organisational complexity and ambiguity and deliver against strategic plans.
- Be a strong, supportive and communicative team member and collaborative agent for change.
- High level of cultural competence and inter-cultural knowledge and skillset across regional countries, and globally.
- Occasional travel required, mostly within region
