Distribution Relationship Coordinator
We are currently looking for a Distribution Relationship Coordinator to work with us on a full-time basis in London, reporting into the Broker Relationship Manager.
This role would be suitable for a Graduate, School Leaver or an individual looking for a change in career with good administration skills.
You will support the Distribution team in developing and growing key broker relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Broker Relationship Managers and Group Head of Distribution to plan meetings in line with strategic agreement KPI’s
- Build a close working relationship with EA’s and PA’s to ensure optimal response when arranging meetings for senior management/CUO’s
- Establish a full working knowledge of strategic partner self-service platforms to support pipelining activities
- Arrange and run pipelining session with designated underwriters from all relevant lines of business (quarterly)
- Support the Distribution team around quarterly planning sessions and other relevant meetings and presentations
- Support planning and implementation of broker entertainment/events
- Attend broker review and line of business meetings
- Work with the wider business management team to support production of MI and broker information
- Develop an understanding of all MRSG-GM products, services, and solutions
- Assist with the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.

- Organised and can prioritise workload effectively
- Prove experience of meeting deadlines with a motivated "can do" approach
- Works well with others, participates in teamwork, can co-ordinate multiple tasks
- You demonstrate a willingness to learn
