Distribution Relationship Coordinator

 

We are currently looking for a Distribution Relationship Coordinator to work with us on a full-time basis in London, reporting into the Broker Relationship Manager.

 

This role would be suitable for a Graduate, School Leaver or an individual looking for a change in career with good administration skills. 

 

You will support the Distribution team in developing and growing key broker relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work with Broker Relationship Managers and Group Head of Distribution to plan meetings in line with strategic agreement KPI’s
  • Build a close working relationship with EA’s and PA’s to ensure optimal response when arranging meetings for senior management/CUO’s
  • Establish a full working knowledge of strategic partner self-service platforms to support pipelining activities
  • Arrange and run pipelining session with designated underwriters from all relevant lines of business (quarterly)
  • Support the Distribution team around quarterly planning sessions and other relevant meetings and presentations
  • Support planning and implementation of broker entertainment/events
  • Attend broker review and line of business meetings
  • Work with the wider business management team to support production of MI and broker information
  • Develop an understanding of all MRSG-GM products, services, and solutions
  • Assist with the implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.
