Office Administrative Assistant is required in HSB,KSA
Basic Functions of Office Administrative Assistant Organize office and assist associates on day to day activities.
• Arrange meetings and appointments.
• Provide support in arranging hotels for company arranged training events.
• Perform OFAC checks for new customers.• Assist AM with D365 data entry.
• Serve as backup during AM's PTO/leave.
• Prepare and email contracts to customers (cc: AM).
• Execute contracts (dual control).
• Contract filing to SharePoint and local archive.
• Update contract tracking log on SharePoint.
• Notify finance to create a NAV job card.
QUALIFICATIONS:Education
Required: University degreeDesired: Degree in Business management, Finance or similarWork Experience:
Required: 3 years experience as Office manager role
Desired: 5+ years, experience with a multinational, foreign owned company
Technical Skills:
Required: Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), basic computer support skills (hardware, applications)
Desired: Experience with MS Dynamics NAV or similar ERP system
Non-Technical Skills
Required: Experience with Office Protocols, policies & procedures, compliance & internal controls.
Desired: Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
Others:
Required: Excellent English spoken and written, good team worker, flexible, and willingness to learn
