Life Claims Graduate Learner

We are looking for a Life Claims Graduate Learner to join our Munich Reinsurance Africa Branch Team.  

Your Programme:

As a Graduate, you will:

• Take part in soft skills and technical training
• Conduct daily team specific tasks
• Participate in team specific tasks and deliverables
• Participate in cross-divisional project teams
• Participate in team and business projects

Exposure may include:

• Introduction to Life Claims Management
• Work with data
• Train on understanding the Reinsurance business and life cycle of insurance products
• Introduction to Treaties
• Basic claims assessment, including identifying risk, assessing these and documenting accordingly

Your profile:

• BSc –OT or equivalent qualification. An excellent academic record
• Individuals who are driven and passionate
• Tamwork skills
• Knowledge seeker
• Flexibility
• Advanced Excel and Access.
