Basic Function
The Office Coordinator position will support the Houston office onsite on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented. This role will support a professional office setting.
Responsibilities
- Operational Services
- Coordinates all operational services to include but not limited to assigning office space, parking, and ensure office runs efficiently.
- Assists with HSB security and badge system.
- Responsible for breakroom and office inventory and stocking supplies.
- Responsible for computer hardware inventory and notifying the IT department for supplies.
- Ensures office space is available and ready for new hires.
- Acts as the liaison with building management.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail.
- Project Support
- Provides support for ad hoc project assignments as requested by executive committee or leadership team.
- Processes weekly expense reports for payment
- Assists with tracking company travel, reports requests from our parent company and other assigned projects, identifies any discrepancies, and provides recommendation on resolution
Education

- Preferred:
- Associates degree
- Prior experience working within a professional office setting
Work Experience
- Required:

- 3+ years of experience supporting a location office and facilities
