Job Description

Provides administrative support to the assigned department in the Engineering Division.  Coordinates with other internal areas and completes tasks & projects as assigned by the Senior Vice President, Regional AVP/Director(s), Field Supervisor(s), and Operations leadership.

Education and Experience

  • High School graduate or equivalent, Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years Administrative experience
  • HR experience is a plus 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills/Able to meet deadlines
  • Possess a high level of initiative, self-motivation and work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Snag-It, PeopleSoft, Adobe
