Logistics Technician

Perform the work that falls outside of the scope of automated Service Operations workstreams (specifically IoT installations) to include emergent schedule triage. Provide focused communication, coordination and scheduling skills to accommodate internal and external customer expectations. Understand ISD scheduling processes and systems and work closely with the ISD management team on a daily basis.
Second tier responsibilities will involve maximizing IoT & Inspection schedule quality for the ISD team.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Familiarity with ISD scheduling processes
- Familiarity with IoT programs, devices and scope of installation work
Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiarity with ISD scheduling processes and reporting tools, including but not limited to: PeopleSoft CRM, Service Manager, Service Power, Gantt, Excel, Power BI
- Must be able to prioritize ISD work based on activity type, due date, location and resource availability
- Familiar with ISD functions and capabilities.
- Ability to apply non-traditional solutions to unanticipated scenarios.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely without direct supervision
