Description: 

Provides technical leadership and execution across hardware, firmware, software, and system validation while leading Sensor Solutions end-to-end Quality Program.  Ensures connected products meet defined requirements, quality standards, and customer experience expectations through structured testing, traceability and real-world validation. 

 

Leads cross-functional efforts to identify, communicate, and resolve issues across the product lifecycle- from requirements through field deployment- while continuing to lead detailed testing, system configuration, and validation activities.  Combines deep technical expertise with program leadership to improve product, quality, new product release confidence, and overall operational performance. 

 

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in an engineering position
  • Experience in leading and supervising other employees is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with connected technologies is required
  • Experience working in computer/software programming is required
  • Experience working with connected technologies in the design, manufacturing, construction, maintenance or operations fields is a plus
  • Experience working in the engineering testing field and methods of analyzing or automating tests is a plus
  • Professional Engineer’s License is a plus
  • Engineering project management experience is a plus
