Title: Cyber Product Strategy & Development Manager

In this position you will support the Global Product Ownership – Cyber group with strategy, product and underwriting, and general management functions, including coverage and rate review, underwriting of unique cyber opportunities, product performance, accumulation management and thought leadership.
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in insurance underwriting
- 3+ years of experience with cyber insurance desired, but not required
- Vendor management experience
- CPCU or equivalent underwriting certification desired, but not required
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good underwriting and financial analytical skills
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to drive results
- Ability to influence and present
- Ability to be creative and position offerings to succeed in highly competitive and rapidly changing environment.
- Collaborative team player
- Excellent communication skills
