Claims Service Rep Cyber

The Cyber Claims Service Representative (Cyber CSR) manages first-party cyber claims, including ransomware, data breaches, and fraud events. This customer facing role requires autonomy, empathy, and sound judgment to deliver high-quality service aligned with established claim standards. The Cyber CSR leads incident response efforts by coordinating and collaborating with IT and legal vendors. Key responsibilities include Key responsibilities include prompt customer contact, cause of loss investigation, coverage assessment, and clear communication of technical and policy details. The role also involves developing resolution plans and driving timely, cost-effective outcomes, while producing accurate, efficient, and customer-focused claim files.
Education and Experience
- A High School diploma is required
- College degree is preferred
- Adjuster licenses as required by state
- 1+ year experience in customer facing, financial, or service oriented position
- 2+ years experience in the Property/Casualty insurance industry and/or as a Claims Adjuster is a plus
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Good communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Strong customer awareness, emotional intelligence, advocacy and ability to cultivate a strong relationship with customers
- Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to work in a fast paced environment
