HSB currently has a ATS Marketing & CX Intern opening for Summer 2026 in our Finance team! Join a Premier international insurance company to kick-start your career in the insurance industry! This position is targeting students that are interested in digital marketing, communications, analytics and customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work on HSB’s Applied Technology Solution team to create and monitor digital communications campaigns that
  • Engage customers with their sensors from signup and shipping to activation and alert.
  • Design and test new email and SMS messaging to improve customer experience and engagement
  • Analyze metrics and review campaign dashboards of existing campaigns
  • Create content for alerts to encourage greater actionability and conversion
  • Build presentations to report on status and changes to campaigns

 

Qualifications:

  • Marketing, communications, general business, or related field.
  • Must have completed Sophomore year or above.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
  • Must be comfortable with working with data
  • Must be organized and be willing to learn
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Must have the ability to work in the Hartford office for three days each week
  • Available to start the internship in May 2026.
  • The ability to work full-time for 11 weeks.
